Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with Affirm and Beautifi for treatments over $500. Payments split across 3, 6, or 12 months with no compounding interest.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged a $50 fee that's credited toward your rescheduled visit.

Are your prices final?

Yes. Every price on our menu is the price you pay. No surprise fees, no tier upgrades hidden at the chair.

Do you work with men?

Of course. Forty percent of our patients are men. We're particularly busy with Botox for hyperhidrosis, CoolSculpting for the flanks, and laser for acne scars.

Is Dr. Northrop performing every treatment?

Dr. Northrop performs all injectables, laser, and consultation visits personally. HydraFacials and facials are performed by our senior medical aesthetician, Robyn, who's been with Northrop since opening.

What if I don't see results?

We schedule a touch-up at no charge for any injectable result that doesn't meet expectations within two weeks. For devices (CoolSculpting, Morpheus8, laser), we pre-set realistic expectations during consultation and document weekly so we know exactly what's progressing.

Yes. We carry SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health, and a small selection of Canadian indie brands we trust. Skincare orders ship Tuesdays and Thursdays.
